Maja (7 out of 10 ) Is this the actual screenplay of the movie? I mean, it says the screenplay was written 2008 and the movie came 2010 and it is kind of different, so is really film was based by this?
Stephen (7 out of 10 ) To Maja. It takes about two years for a green lit film to hit the silver screen. That includes the initial concept, pre-production, production and post-production. In filmmaking, scripts can and will change drastically over that period of time. The writer of the initial script (the spec script) is probably not even credited by the time the film hits the silver screen. This draft could be the spec or even the eleventh draft. I don't know how many drafts were written for this movie, but scripts change and they change a lot. Sometimes the plot of the film is based on the spec script, but it to can change with the dialogue and actions.
The Tourist (10 out of 10 ) I think, that is the screenplay of the film, which was the original. Film with Depp and Jolie is the remake of it.
Brev (8 out of 10 ) Most of the scripts aren't the final cuts of the scripts that make it to the movie I have found this out myself as I tried on several different scripts to find one that is straight to the movie. But the script isn't always done to the letter as some actors tend to add their own to the movie or need to alter the script cause of an actor (shia labeouf in Transformers 2) but its as close to it as it is.
Len Burns (7 out of 10 ) Jolie's acting was quite wooden. The same passive expression on her face all of the time, whatever the situation. Great body though.
Jens (6 out of 10 ) Actually the script is written by Julian Fellowes, one of several writers who wrote the remake. He has acknowledged that not much of his work on the screenplay ended up in the remake.
